The Russian
River empties into the Pacific Ocean just
north of the town of Jenner, California, forming this beautiful
sandy beach, which is enjoyed by both beachcombers and sun-loving
harbor seals. In this southward panoramic view of the spectacular
Sonoma Coast, Goat Rock can be seen at top center, with Arched
Rock off to its right. The entire area is part of the Sonoma
Coast State Beach. Use of a wide angle lens keeps all of the
elements in focus. |
