This scene was photographed during a magical
Christmas in Yosemite National Park. The emphasis, here, is more
on the snow and Yosemite
Creek in the foreground than the magnificent
Yosemite Falls in the background. The high cliffs forming the narrow
canyon of Yosemite Valley create early afternoon shadows on this
beautiful, clear winter's day. The contrast between the bright
sunlight on the snow and the deep shadows was just spectacular. |
