the background, vividly contrasts the golden colors of the bare
branches with the grays of the mountains against the white of
the snow. Use of a polarizing filter increases color saturation
in the sky, river, and the foreground branches. Yosemite Valley
in winter, with fewer tourists, yields a majestic view of the
Park. |
