This beautiful waterfall flows in the
Austin Creek State Recreation Area
just above Armstrong Woods in Guerneville, California.
A slow shutter speed of about 1/4 second enhances the feeling
of the water's motion, and also allows the light to build up
on the film in the lower pool area. A small aperture (and no
breeze) keeps the rest of the picture in sharp focus. We use
this image for our business card and website logo.
